Booked Out May 2013

19 May 2013 by Sophie Green

Sophie Green is joined by library staff and customers to review books and films available on loan from Woodbridge Library.

In the May 2013 edition we ask local writers to talk about the books and authors that inspired them. Sophie is joined by novelist Ruth Dugdall, Herman Ross, Tricia Andrews and Sheila Haskins to discuss ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ by Margaret Atwood, ‘Invisible Man’ by Ralph Ellison, ‘The Highwayman’ by Alfred Noyes and ‘Death in Summer’ by William Trevor. If you would like to be part of the discussion add a comment below or on the library blog at www.suffolklibraries.co.uk/woodbridge-library

Next month we will be exploring the best of recorded, filmed and written comedy. If you would like to be on the show to discuss a title that tickles your funny bone, please contact Sophie at the library for more details.
